Protocols in our facilities

  • All facilities are disinfected daily
  • All facilities are disinfected with ozone daily
  • You will find certified hand sanitiser dispensers throughout our establishments; their use is compulsory
  • Protective screens in customer service areas
  • The lifts can only be used by one person at a time or at most by 2 people who share the same room
  • Ozone walkthrough gates
  • Online check-in
  • Sanitiser, gloves and masks available to all guests
  • Open or foot-operated waste bins lined with a bag
  • Vent filters are cleaned regularly
  • Access to rooms from the car park will remain closed to guarantee health and safety measures

  • Toilets in common areas are checked and disinfected several times a day
  • Use of a bactericidal and virucidal product in surface cleaning and for the complete cleaning of the room.

Rooms protocols

  • Room keys will be disinfected before handing them over
  • Key to rooms on cell phone
  • Rugs have been removed from all rooms
  • Towels and bed linen are washed at high temperature
  • TV remote control and telephone are sterilised daily in all rooms
  • Remote controls are wrapped in plastic that will be changed regularly
  • No two adjacent rooms will be occupied at the same time
  • Rooms will not be occupied for 24 hours after their last occupant has departed
  • Rooms will not be occupied for 48 hours after their last occupant has departed
  • Rooms will not be occupied for 72 hours after their last occupant has departed
  • Rooms and accessories are steam-cleaned and disinfected with virucides

Protocols for Pools / Beaches

  • Disinfect hammocks after every use
  • Hammocks must be 1.5 metres apart
  • Designate a staff member to manage the hammocks

Protocols for guests

  • Wearing gloves and masks is compulsory
  • They will find hand sanitiser in the common areas
  • Insofar as possible, payments should be done by credit card
  • POS systems will be disinfected regularly
  • Only clients with advance booking will be attended
  • Guest’s shoes and luggage will be disinfected at the hotel entrance
  • Temperature checks at the entrance to our facilities

Protocols for our employees

  • All members of staff know the new health and safety measures
  • Our staff will wear gloves and masks at all times
  • The staff will have their temperature taken daily
  • Staff uniforms are washed and disinfected daily
  • Co-workers must stay at least 1.5 metres apart
  • Daily control of the state of health of all employees
  • Reception staff will disinfect the counter every time they finish attending a client
  • Gloves will be used for disinfection tasks
  • Our staff will disinfect their hands frequently
  • Some of our staff will wear face protection screens
  • All personnel using the common areas will wear masks.
  • All personnel accessing the rooms will wear masks and gloves (floor maids and service personnel).

Catering protocols

  • Breakfast will be delivered through Room Service
  • We will leave an empty table between diners to guarantee the safety distance
  • We will use non-reusable tablecloths, cutlery and napkins
  • Orders will be served following all safety measures and delivered under a cover
  • The hotel will offer take-away meals
  • The number of people will be controlled to avoid overcrowding
  • Menus will be removed from dining area
  • Tables will be separated to comply with safety distance
  • We will use disposable napkins and tablecloths.
  • We will set the table once the customer arrives.
  • There will be no lunch service.
  • À la carte breakfast
  • Our staff will serve a continental breakfast keeping safety distance
  • A la carte buffet breakfast
  • We will use tablecloths and napkins washed at high temperature for each client
  • Breakfast is served in the dining hall, and it is also available via room service upon request.
